RE: Traxxas Talons on Proline 40 series Cheyenne
Really?? Tire is 5.9" diameter x 3.25" wide on a 3.8"x 2.7" Maxx wheel. 40 series Cheyenne is 4.06" diameter x 3.4375" wide.
40 series wheel is .26" taller and .7375" wider then the Maxx wheel that the Talon is supposed to go on. Rims is .23" wider then the tire?! Seems like kind of a stretch to me. Maybe you have seen it nitrorcjunkie, but I wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it myself. I would say no unless someone can prove otherwise.

Do you have any pictures of that? I am just curious. If they fit one 40 series rim then they should fit another 40 series rim I guess. Going to be a stretch in any case.

Dale people do this alot. Most people do cut the wheel narrower, but they stretch the tire to fit the diameter just fine..
