Hello I run a LRP spec 3 and a buku power adjustable pipe. I found what seems to be a great combination, but I want to know what everyone else thinks is a good combination. So just use the same kind of form for your settings of the buku pipe and maybe everyone will try other peoples setups, and we can find optimal settings that suits different combinations. Trying to make a reference sheet for buku pipe owners basically.

Car: LST 2

Motor: LRP Spec III

Spring: stock (greenish/yellow)

Cone: LRP convergent Cone

Restrictor Rings: 2

Turns: 1-2

Seeking: mid to top end

I have a MGT with a modded stock .28 engine. I run the pipe with stock settings except with the #2 spring. Tension turned in 3 full turns. With a LST2 header. The pipe is sweeeeeet!

Stock spring 3 turns in mach .26 LST

i just got this pipe and i have lrp 3 i what to know what is the convergent cone is it one of the cones in the box my pipe came with 2 cones i am not shore what to use now i have ran this pipe one time and i have not seen that much of a different thanks

Make sure to read the manual. Tune with plug in take plug out richen needles 1/8th turn when done. This pipe made a huge difference out of the box but the truck needs to be well tuned before tuning the exaust. Read manual, Repeat, Read manual, repeat.
It may take time to get used to but in the long run you should be completely satisfied.

Does the pipe come with a header, or do you just reuse the stock one. I've been wanting to get a tuneable exhaust on my Revo, and this looks like it might be it. Any suggestions for the OS18TM with some light port modding? Thanks.
