Default Need help on needle valve settings for a couple ofna motors

I have a foce .12 with a slide carb and I am not sure what the needle settings are on for it on the high speed needle and low speed needle. I called Ofna support and they were not even sure.

My next question is the same for a older 8 port hyper.

I would appreciate any help offered as i realize these are not monster truck questions

Default RE: Need help on needle valve settings for a couple ofna motors

I don't know much about OFNA, but I do have a HPI Savage, Traxxas T-Max and several REDCAT vehicles. All of the have basically the same tuning procedure, The high speed neddle should be reset by closing it up than opening it up 1-1/2 to 2 turns, the low needle should be flush with the plate, Than gradually give the high needle 1/8th turn to the right to iopen it up. Just once should be enough, the engine needs to get used to the setting once it is placed. Remember to use freash batteries on you glow sick.
Hope tis helps
