Default Is This Worth 600??

So I am thinking about doing a trade, my atc110 and go kart for an Ofna MP. Claims to have 1500 in upgrades. I am new to Nitro RCs and would like to know what you guys think. He was asking 600.
These are his upgrades - First the aluminum, Bulkheads, chassis, center tranny braces, bumpers, body mounts and posts, big bore shocks, motor mounts front and rear axle carriers. Ok now for the carbon fiber parts, servo mounts, steering brace, shock towers, and upper center tranny brace. It has a futaba radio in it, Ho Boa racing rims and tires, a sick custom painted body, a 3.5hp axial big block nitro motor, tuned exhaust, cvd axles in the front,4 cell rechargeable battery, a fail safe switch, and rollcage.

A video of it - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wQO4wjEo_ZQ

Seems to be a trend forming. Thanks for the input guys. Anyone else have comments?

Often in more instances than not, people want to try and squeeze out as much as they can out of people via their asking price. After browsing around eBay a little bit, the maximum price posted on their is 525 BIN so there's really no way this guy should get $600 unless somebody happens to give that to him. I would say that Ofna would be worth about maybe $400 tops, but I am almost certain that $600 is a very high price.
The value of R/C's diminish greatly once they obtain a "used" title. Unfortunately, that is the nature of the hobby, I've sold my stuff off numerous times and the profit amounts to nowhere close to what you spent, just a fact of the hobby we (and everybody else selling) have to accept.

I like the monster pirates, but it doesent seem they sell real fast which means you wont get top dollar for one. Id say $300 for a pretty nice one might be about right.

100 voters said no. You can buy a new Traxxas, HPI or REDCAt for that price and have lots of change left over for hop ups.

Id take that old pirate over a redcat though. Just my opinion Not saying redcat is bad, but Ofna makes good stuff, and parts are still available, so it should be a good truck if its been taken care of.

decent beater truck the pirate is,but 600 is twice what this dude should ever see for this truck.just because someone hangs shiny aluminum on these does not make them worth more.

I would say something close to $300 maybe... most of the stuff done to the truck has no value other than bling.. The video wasn't impressive at all, but thats just me... On second thought, maybe $250...
