Another what to get
Ok sorry about the another what to get thread but Im getting back in to rc. And was deciding on what to buy, I am stuck bbetweenthe 5309 revo, Losi ten-t. I know the revo is a proven design and has a strong aftermarket following and parts are easy to come by. But I am very interested in the ten-t, it seems losi makes high quality machines but this model isnt released yet so there is not any real world hands on reviews.
I like the revo and was pretty much set on getting one until i stumbled upon the ten-t. Now im stuck on what route to take, the spectrum radio and the on-board starting seem to be the major selling points to me. I know the ross system isnt a proven design but it does seem convenient I guess i would like to weigh the pros and cons of both models and what would be a better option.
Also id like to have nitro i know brushless is all the rage but im not ready to invest the money on a e-revo b.e. and all most as much on some lipos and charger to get the full performance.
I also never owned a nitro car but they cant be any more idiot proof to tune with only a "high" and "low" speed needle on the carb (im used to tunetuning with jets and needle's on real two strokes) Who knows but if i have the funds I will solve all the problems and just get a 8ight-t and not look back.
