Default first timer bought inferno 7 sport... die sport die

I purchased an Inferno 7 Sport today. It has the .21 engine in it with a pull-start. That motor is so darn @#()(*%$# tight, that the pull start rope burned my hand and started blisters. On top of that, the darn pull start eventually gave way and broke

Will this thing eventually run idle without croking on me?

That's a good one However, the problem with the pull start being too tight is that since it's a virgin engine, you haven't really broken it's hymen... to make it easy to pull start, apply some drops of after-run oil in the glow plug hole and the carb hole, pull start it for a couple of times and soak the engine with aafter-run oil overnight. This will render the piston and sleeve to be completely lubricated, and will help start your engine easy the next time you fire it up

Try heating the engine with a hair dryer. You can warm it up pretty good and help mit start.

Just spend the dough and get the silver topped OFNA starter box. It will turn it over. Just have to make sure the piston is at the bottom of the motor when you try and start it.

Stop killing your hands.... I am lazy like that....

You should always wear gloves whenever you break in a NEW engine that way you won't blister your hands.Just put a few drop a after run oil and make sure the engine isn't flooded or anything then try again. You should only pull the pullstart out about 6 inches witch should be enough to start the engine.Just take your time and be patient with it and it will start and run fine.
