Roto Start just spins freely

I recently started having issues with my Roto Start on my Savage 25. It appears that the roto start just "spins freely" now and is not turning over the motor. Opened up the roto start back plate and looked that the one way bearing on the shaft coming out of the motor. It appears that it still "grabs" the shaft and won't turn freely with the roto start cover off. Once I put the roto start backplate back on, again it just spins freely. I assume it could be that the one way bearing needs to be replaced? I don't see any part numbers out there for this - anyone happen to know what that might be? Has anyone experienced this and solved it in another way? Thanks much for any input.

You could try a good cleaning and lightly oil with ATF. Otherwise a new OWB. Shouldn't be hard to find one. Check your manual or download one for a #
