Hi, I run a brand new xtm 24.7 in my t-maxx. I was wondering if any one knows if the stock cooling head has problems overheating? I've heard bad things about the stock cooling head. I was planning on getting a crazy nut racing cooling head.
PLEASE HELP!

Stock cooling head runs 250-270 which is fine for the engine.

If you want more cooling, we offer a larger machined head for it. That will bring the temps down to 200-230

but, there is nothing wrong with the stock head.

The new 24.7s have a different head which is more than adequate... The old square top was questionable.
