Turning a buggy into an MT
 

Has anyone done this or seen something like this? I'm thinking about turning the OFNA HODR into a monster truck by buying more MBX body posts and putting them on the topmost shock positions of the shock towers, ripping off the wing stay and finding at least a 1/8 scale truck body, take off the stone guards and add wheel adapters for T-Maxx wheels. This way I have an MT and can set it on the starter box too.

I think you should change the gearing too, monster truck wheels are much bigger than buggie wheels.

I'm also aware of that, but after thinking about it a bit I got confused- do I get a larger clutchbell or smaller... :(

Well, monster tires are bigger, so more power is required to turn them around. It means that you should use lower gearing, put smaller clutch bell or bigger spur gear.
