hey everyone, i have a little problem on my hands, i sold my dominator to get money to get my honda crx.........should i buy another dominator (which i will do regardless of what anyone says) and make it able to jump good, because it is already imo the best race truck money can buy, please no arguments.......OR..........leave my dominator for racing and buy a savage ss(it will cost me about 500 with the radio gear i want) and use it for bashing.............i can spend the 500 and not buy the savage ss and put the money into my dom,and have a good jumper and racer..........what do you all think, thanks alot for any help given

this is so easy, dominators are king when it comes to offroad racing (well except for bergonzi's new truck thats out) and they dominate on the track. They won 3 maxx challenges in a row. I say trick out a dominator!

I'm thinking that you should buy another truck, the Savage SS would be a sweet truck. Think of all the $ you will spend on the Dominator and when you go to sell it you will NEVER get your money back out, I know, I have been through that cycle with about 10 cars and trucks. In the end it will still be just a donimator. I have finally decided that I will only buy hopups that actually increase performance for my vehicles. No eye candy. When you're winning races and stomping your friends rigs, no one is going to care what's under the hood. IF it ain't broke don't fix it and if it ain't gonna make it faster don't buy it! IMHO that's the dealio' coolio!

the dominator will stop jus about anything out there in the racing category when it comes to the MT class, thats what im trying to say. Don't waste your money on a tmaxx, shoot, i saw a shootout between the Sportmaxx and the Tmaxx for racing, and the sportmaxx won!!! if u want to get a maxx for racing, get the sport and do some work to it. the 1 speed acceleration dominates the tmaxx in the straight. Tell me what you decided though.

I was gonna buy something in the for sale forum today. A nice add on a Titian. But after story's like this I don't know what I was thinking. COD or nothing for me. Just saw that Savage SS video, if you get one then invest in a wheelie bar!!! Unbelievable off-the-line power in that .25, maybe I'll be buying that motor once it hits the market.

Well, IMO if u dont own a savage already, then def. buy the SS. I love my savage. its no racer (u have ur dom. to race) but i beat the pi$$ out of it and enjoy every minute!!

the SS is like buying the RTR and throwing another 150 in hop up in it +new engine (no value given, shall remain to be seen what it is worth), Its the way to go, esp since u sound like u already have trucks and radio gear.

If you already own a savage, then nope, spend the money on ur dominator.

GETTING RIPPED OFF!

Marvinthemartian (Theo of Ottawa, Ontario) took my 4WD electric via a snail-mail exchange. Problem is I sent my car and he got it (has posted pic's on another forum), but I never got my $!!! Two moths now ... posts to the Forums he participates in, and his 2 e-mail addresses ... and no answer. Looks like he dropped off the face of the earth.

I think he is trying to recover from his loss by getting others (like me).

Be careful with this guy. Don't make the mistake I did.

Same here guys. Lord Kimbo is right on. This guy is a serious scammer and smooth talker. He even went so far as to call me to get me on his good side, still no money. Stay away from him and if you have any information, please contact me, or Lord Kimbo.
