I don't really know much about the mega force but i think it is independent sus. and the mad is a solid axle truck. The engine in the mad is also better.other than that i couldn't tell you.

1/10 scale with smallblock and 1/8 scale with bigblock. You should have known that already though if you looked at the specs for even a second.

the difference between the 2 is they both use the same word in there name wich is force but one is mega and the other is mad...

the mad force has a .21 3 speed chain drive and the mega force has a .15 and its alot smaller...not worth the money lol
