what is the fastest truck i can buy or hop up?
 

im looking to buy a truck but i want something that goes around 60 or 70 mph anybody tell me what i can buy?

Im assuming you mean a monster truck since you are in the MT forum. I would guess a mad force would be a good project for speed, or the upcoming Losi. Either way, you wont get a stock MT that fast without a motor, new gearing, pipe, etc. The mad force would be a good choice because of that 3 speed. I would bet with a high end .21, and the right gearing, you could get it that fast. Honestly though, where do you plan on using that speed. You hit ANYTHING going that fast, and kiss it goodbye. The shumacher menace goes that fast out of the box, but its not an MT.

The shumacher menace does 70mph out of the box. The mad force does 43mph and losi was clockewd at 44mph. I say get the xtm mammoth. It has a super powerful reliable engine. It does 52mph out of box

Because of the wide range of main gearing available for the Berg trucks, you can make one do pretty much what you want it to.

The shumacher menace is extremly fast but its not realy a monster truck its a over pumped up stadium truck the traxxas nitro rusler goes 57+ out of the box and they sell upgrades to make it 60+ but again its a stadium truck

Nitro rustler is upper 40's in stock form and 50's with upgrades. But having a truck that fast is pointless unless all you do is speed runs up and down the street. Stick to on road if you want that kind of speed.
