Crazynutracing Head

Hi
This all started with my TRX2.5 haveing some overheating problems. I was looking for a head that would make the temp go down a little.

I looked at many pages but found none cool heads. Then i bumped into the crazynutracing shop.
And readed all the reviews that where on the head they make. It was pretty nice to hear that the overheating prob was about to get over.

I ordered a head for 61$ with the shiping included, i waited for about 6days. And recived the package but no head inside.
I then took photographs of the package and emailed mr crazynutracing shop. Then i wrote a few mails with him and he decided that he would send me another head.

Ive now waited for over 2weeks, sent him a few mails but no replys. And my english is not that good so i dont wanna call on the phone.

Does anyone know what i shall do?

Regards Camen

First, How hot is overheating? If you have some other issue causing the overheating (running lean because of a bad tune, problem with fuel delivery like a fuel line obstruction, lack of fuel system pressure or an air leak) adding a larger head will only mask the problem and not actually correct it. If you are running within an acceptabel temp range because of the larger cooling head but the engine is still running lean because of one of the other issues mentioned above, you will still wear out your engine prematurely.

I think you are persuing the issue with the bad shipment appropriately, just continue to email and mail him and hope he gets his act together. If you continue to get stonewalled, you may want to check with the better business bureau in thier area and see if they are registered. If they are, you can threaten them with a report to the BBB and sometimes that can help to improve customer service.

Even if the business is not registered with the BBB, you can leave negative comments with the BBB. If they get enough bad comments, they will contact the business.

Don't forget one thing... you are in Nroway and Crazy Nut is in the US. Sometimes customs going in and out of countries takes a long time... I just got somethign from CNR a few weeks ago and am very pleased with it.

I sent a package to Spain from the US in September... I shipped it on Sept 6th and he didn't receive it untill October 12th or something! It wasn't because it wasn't shipped or I was tryign to rip him off, it was because of Customs. Now as far as not answering emails, I can't disagree with you there... you should for sure get answers.. I know I didn't get any when I sent one about my item not showing up for over a week... but I know it got read because 3 days later I had a package in my hands with a postmark from the day after I sent the email...
