getting new shocks for christmas $80 for my tnx can you give me some websites

Hi there. I got myself a TNX. I gotta say that the best you can get for the money are the traxxas big bores shocks. Get some trinity xtra-hard springs to go with.

you can get them on tower hobbies for about 60$ (shocks) and 10-12$ for the springs.

thanks are thouse stiff because the ones i have bottom out easy and dont rebound 100% i was also looking into aluminum because by plastic stalk one keep breaking.. or how have thies held

The big bores comes with red springs, wich are too soft. That is why i recommend to put trinity x-tra hard springs.

My setup is currently 4 red springs and 4 blue trinity x-tra hard (1 red- 1 blue per wheel) I kept the stock oil.

If you want your truck to be stiffer and make large jumps, go for 8 blue springs

follow the procedure to remove the air bubbles and you wont have any problems at all, bolt on and forget
