On all of my futaba transmitters, there is a little switch that reverses the polarity.

Have you tried google to see if you might be able to download the whole manual, theres probably some other little tricks it can perform.

is that a computer radio or just a regular setup for adjustments?

i have no clue it has a digital screen and just playing with the remote i can do the throttle and steering trim but everything else i have i have no clue about.
