Electic bikes on carpet track?

Hey everyone,

I bought the nitro ducati this fall, but it's starting to get too cold out. I want to get the kyosho HOR but only If I can run it at the local indoor track. How well do these things handle on the carpet? The track is fairly wide with a lot of sweeping turns.

They handle great but it will need a lot of practice. What will help is longer crash bars and a high grip rear tire. And also a gentle trigger finger for the throttle. This will prevent over spinning the rear tire and also prevent the bike from dumping on it's side in the slow corners.

I would love to construct an indoor race track specifically for R/C Bikes.

The track I am thinking about would have these attributes.

* Compatible surface coating for Bike tyres
* Banked corners on all visible corners furthest away from the drivers stand for a better perspective
* Slight risers on the straights for wheelstanding and air action
* Soft "Ripstop" covered foam track edges

Any thoughts?

Regards Brettos.

Make the lanes really wide.
