Turning Old Jato Into New Jato
I have an old Jato 2.5, but planning on either the 3.3 or Mach .19. I want the performance of the 3.3 Jato and wondered if I also need to change the gearing that the 3.3 jato has in order to achieve the 65+. I've been out of the rc game for a minute and want to get it running like a newer Jato. Thanks.

OS 18TZ forget everything else.
I have an RC10GT2 with a .12 TZ; the thing absolutely screams, quicker & faster than my HPI .18 powered GT, OS .18 CV-R buggy, Fantom FR-15 NTC3 or my 3S/3,300 KV brushless RC10 buggy. Only vehicle I have that can accelerate harder is my OFNA .32 powered GT, and that thing is an uncontrollable parts breakin' ba$tard.
Unlike stuffing a torque monster .28, .30 or .32 into 1/10 that makes the vehicle spin out, flip over backwards or snap parts every time you goose it, the TZ engines make gobs of useable power for 1/10 kits.

I thought about the O.S. I was thinking about getting the big block conversion kit and putting my FR .27 or Sirio .23 in it but don't really want to spend $80 on the kit. Thanks
