Default 18CXP 4 WD Truck, Engine / Exhaust Question

I have a 4wd RC Nitro truck running a 18CXP engine.

The engine has a plastic exhaust, but no way to attach a exhaust tube back to gas tank.

Should it have? if not it is easy for me to create one DIY?

Currently the tube attached to the Idle Screw basically closing it but no back pressure is being applied.

Car Does not really run best and have to Prime it a lot to get it to start. Sometimes it does run, but I am seeing most
have the gas attached to exhaust.

Thanks for any input.

Several of my nitro cars just have a hole slightly smaller than the tubing. It's just stuffed in the hole about 1/4". That'd be the easiest.
