Seeking RC Nitro Help
#1

I'm wanting to get into the hobby and purchase my first nitro RC. I watched alot of videos and have an idea of the basics of what I want. I'm looking for a gas powered rc truck kit that I can build myself. Where is a good place to get a set like this or a good place to start?
If you need more information or have questions please let me know. I'm excited to get started

i guess the biggest question is what scale are you looking for?
kits are sort of becoming a rarity nowadays, mostly the only kits offered are ones for racing, which will come with most of the best optional parts available by that manufacturer so be prepared to pay a high price.
for a new rig, i would look into maybe a Kyosho Nitro Tracker, Losi 8ight T, Losi 8ight, Kyosho inferno neo, etc.

the Kraton has a new nasher roller that looks and sounds amazing. and both of the Traxxas seem to be pretty awesome as well. I originally was wanting a nitro but I'm open to battery.
also the trucks I'm looking at have tons of upgradable part options.
