Remember to heat them up until their literally red hot. Use a stove or something. And then quickly submerge it in icy cold water. Do this a few times and you should get hardened springs.

That spur gear looks like the stock plastic one to me... I am amazed that this thread has lasted as long as it has! Lets keep it going! [&:]

What have you got in mind for a cover? I'm still using a purple balloon. Landed in a 6 inch puddle, dried the engine out and took right off again, but maybe I got lucky. By the way, a company in Taiwan builds these trucks for Tower. Sihnway?? or something like that. E-mailed back and forth with them about a year ago about the truck and getting bulk parts.

Here are the pics!
I took these about 5 months ago. Sorry that they are blurry i was trying to figure out my new camera back then. Since these pics i have polished my pipe and moved the gas tank forward.

They are RC10GT arms. If you want a complete parts list i'll round it up for you... They mostly just bolt on. I couldn't find long enough drive shafts so i had to move the hub carrier up the arm aways...
It looks mean doesn't it? I am going to order some white dish rims tomorrow i hope... Then put my sand paddles on it and go to the beach! Yehaw!

Hey i am looking for some white dish rims for my car... I don't have a LHS so i ordered some T2 rims from towerhobbies and they don't use the hex drive. Anyone know of some that will fit? Evader rims maybe?

Does it just have a pin instead of the hex? You might be able to fit the Rustler hex adapter over the pin to make it work.
