Default CVEC dual exhaust pipe

Do pipes like this one perform good, or is it mostly good looks? I'm looking for a new pipe for my HPI MT2, which spends all of its time bashing
How would this CVEC compare to for example [link=http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXCKN4&P=7]associated pipe[/link]?

I have one and Ido not like because you need disable it to clean it ocasionaly to keep the moving parts inside free movement. This pipe(ilegar for race) will give you the best of both parts (low end torque and top end), click her to find more info of [link=http://www.cvecpowersystems.com/cv_a.html]cvec pipes[/link]

personaly I like more the asociated pipes(offroad), OS(drag racing and onroad), or RB pipes(onroad and drag racing)...

Good luck
PD if buy the cvec use in hole #4 it's the better setting you can use.

i have that exact pipe but put the stocker back on when the pressure fitting broke and i think it's faster. i might have not spent enough time tuning it though either so who knows.
