Here are 2 links for aluminum parts & one for a titanium chassis. You can get graphite parts from HPI also.

Go for the titanium chassis!! I got it for my rush & I installed it with the HPI graphite upper deck. This past week I was running it when I went head on into a curb at between 35 & 40 mph. It went about 5 feet straight up & flew about 10 feet before landing & tumbling to a stop. It shattered the graphite upper deck & all 4 chassis screws in the front bulkhead blew out of the truck completely. The titanium chassis laughed at the crash without a scratch. I have to give f4iracing a big thumbs up for their quality & durability. I just ordered the titanium upper deck from them & they are modding it to work with the lay down steering servo with no extra charge. Also the spur gears for a savage work perfectly on a rush. I put the Robinson 54/14 steel set on mine.

Do you think I would see a considerable speed increase with a 15t bell, and a 54t spur?

Crap, I just ordered the 52/14t set? Is the 52t spur gear too small?

Thats the set I have on mine, I also put an aluminum clutch on mine to take better advantage of the gearing. The stock one is a 56 tooth. I first tryed the savage gear on my rush because we were in Cincinati last week & I fryed the stock spur & only had savage gears in my tool box.

The rears are from an HPI RS4-3. They break easy though. The fronts are just the longest ones that my lhs had that would fit the stock location.

Here is the body I have been using on it. I havent looked for aluminum body mounts but if any one had them it would probably be GPM. Cheap hopups, $25- $50 A ball diff, titanium turnbuckles, better shocks, I think mine are hot bodies or duratrax. The HPI carbon upper deck cuts a lot of weight but costs a little more. A better pipe also helps.

The tires are proline mashers. The body mounts I used hpi extentions for a rs4 but I have since abandoned that idea as they would break too easy. Here's what my rush looks like now.

Its been a while, but I installed those diff rings on my old Rush about 2 yrs ago. They go inside the transmission on the shaft and in between the diff gears. They basically push the gears out and simulate the effect of filling up the transmission with heavy weight oil.

I would suggest medium springs.

If I recall they come with instructions.

They definately improve performance but they are not as good as a ball diff.

Ohh reason i went with them is b/c someone said ball diff is pain in the but.. you have to keep adjusting them, where springs are put them in and forget them

I ordered the top and bottom along with the lay down servo mounts from http://www.f4iracing.com/ a week ago and I havent seen nor heard from them yet. I also ordered from asaitees everything eles, a arms shock towers bulk heads, and everything went together fine out side of the rear wheel carriers, had to hit them with a sanding wheel to get them to fit between the a arms,
Im hopen to have it done later this afternoon, I'll take a few pics and list the parts Ive tossed on it.
