bigdogkanicsar That is awsome!

I love the quality you work you have done not just the machining but the design. I know I am being cheeky but would you consider making a chassis for sale? if so how much as I am trying to convert my old rush to brushless for my daughter, she hates the noise of nitro and have most of the parts lying around but not enough money to buy a whole new truck for her

Also does the new tranny fit the rush mounts or did you have to make the fixtures yourself any advice would be great?

Once again loving your work
i can make a chassis for sale with no problem.
the tranny i put in it was an rc10gt tranny .
when i made the chassis i had to customize the mounting holes, but then again i had to customize the whole truck.
the only rush parts left on it is the front suspension and shocks.
everything else was changed.
a brushless coversion wouldn't be hard at all.
as far as how much would be determined on exactly what all you wanted changed.

thank you for the compliments

what i meant was
from the angle you have taken the photo it looks like the air filter is the driver
the blue plastic of the air filter is a helmet
and the white sponge is the drivers face

oh, i gotcha. ya know if i thought i wouldn't hinder the airflow ,i'd paint one on there.
thanks for the props and ideas.

Nice truck. Where did you make the aluminum frame or is there a place to buy them? I'm debating rebuilding my truck or just parting it out and getting truck to tinker with. Wouldn't mind a frame like that it cleansit up niceandwould work great with my OSengine. I just have to rebuild my frontend to get it going again.

Hi,

New here and trying to revive an old thread. i just pulled my old rush evo out of storeage and everything was junked up from sitting with a tank of gas in it for about 6 years. I was able to get the engine stripped down and all the old gummed up nitro fuel out of it. Engine..check..everything else seemed to be in pretty good condition still so im not going to rip anything else apart unless i have to. Now on to my question. I left the AA batteries in the battery box for the 6 years it sat in a basement/shed, and now the battery box is wasted from corrosion. Is there a rechargable pack that i can replace it with?

Thanks,

Scott

Anyone have a stock nitro star .15fe they would sell? Mine currently has little to no compression

Anyone has graphite upper deck for rush? If so maybe you could measure dimensions of it and share it here. Planning to cut it out from carbon.

Default . 15fe Engine

Are you still looking for a stock original engine? I have just got my old kit out the loft now that I have some extra time. I upgraded the engine straight away so this has been sitting oiled up and wrapped up safely. I ran it once then got my hands on somthing more powerful, it needs a new engine gasket being so old it just crumbled away when I inspected it yesterday.

Default Need Help!

My dad has an old HPI Rush Evo and I was wondering if there was anyone left who actually had one for parts or has parts they are willing to sell? Any help would be appreciated.
