well as many of you know that the nitro rustler with teh trx.pro.15 uses a 2 part engine mount system, 2 pieces that attach directly to the engine, and then the part that attachs to the frame and then engine sits on it, well that part that attachs to the chasis one of the 4 screws has broken off, so i tried drilling it out like last time(last time was cuz i stripped it) and it didnt work, i totally ****ed up the threads, so what i was thinking instead of going to the LHS(its closed anyways, dam katrina) and getting new engine mounts, i thought of getting a bolt that is the same size, put it through the hole, and put a nut on the other end, if anyone needs a better discription please tell me, i need help!!
TIA

Hey NRR, long time no see... Yea, you could do that. I did the same things for my engine mount once when the threads got messed up. Nice little quick fix never hurt anything. [sm=thumbup.gif]

From: Dead Center,
If you can get vise grips on the broken bolt, just heat that sucker up and it should back out, then just replace the bolt.
