*** no more rc 10 gt?
I cant believe it.... I just pulled my blue chassis out of the closet and was going to get a engine for it and I could not find it at tower hobbies. The newer GT2 does not look so great IMO and is expensive. The GT2 looks kinda like the older HPI stadium truck that wasnt even in the game when I got the blue chassis. Surely seems like a lot more spots for dirt and trash to load up that would be harder to get out compared to the simple rc 10 gt. How long has this newer chassis been out.
I would like to build/keep my blue chassis but it seems that parts are in short supply. Am I wrong?

You can get parts still. Alot of the parts that you need will just be labeled something else. Like the roll pins may say Rc10T2 roll pins because they are used on both cars. If you are looking for certain parts I would suggest downloading the manual on rc10.com so you can search by part number. Also your lhs should still have most of the parts, mine do. It was, after all, the most popular gas truck. The GT2 is a great platform however, and wouldn''t hesitate upgrading to it.

COOL!!! Now just to decide on wether to get a 18 or a 21. Thanks for the insight guys. By the way what is the weight deference in the older truck and the new one? To me just seem like all that plastic on the newer ones would add more weight that the older ones and also trap more dirt. Wheres the GT forums? Thanks

if you go to team associated''s website they also have pdf manuals and parts lists. they''re very handy. and just punch in the part number and it''ll cross reference and get you the parts.
