Default XXX-NT RTR diff?

I am new to the ST thing, coming from only 1/8 truggies and monster trucks. Can you change the oil in the diff on a XXX-NT RTR2 to silicone? If so, HOW and what weight is good?

I put no grease on the gears themselves. Grease attracts dirt, dirt=wear

And, since I've yet to see anybody come out and say it, but ti's a ball differential. if you try putting fluid inside it...it won't hold it very long

I didn't see you say "It's a ball differential"
If anybody would have, I would've never posted what I said.
