Here is my RC10GT in action with the new Vortice-BR, this car is almost stock with it's Thunder Tiger .15 engine from 2003. mods are all metal gears in the tranny + spur (with stock configuration), MIP CVD's and the Vortice pipe thats it, everything els is pretty much stock.

Here is some pics of the RC10GT with pipe and video.....> RC10GT with Vortice-BR tune pipe ..........

You have the video set to "private". No one can view it.

man i really love the sound of that pipe, i bought a cvp pipe thats supposed to be similar to the vortice, if i don't see any performance gains (haven't gotten it yet) etc... I'll def. get the vortice since its alot cheaper then the buku..

I looked at their site and I am unclear on a couple of things.
Does it come with the exhaust cover, or is that a separate item?
I have an O.S. .18 in my RC10GT....will it work with that engine?

Ever since Cvec came out I've been a true believer, when first I saw this pipe I new I had to get it not every company promises you performance like Cvec / Vortice-BR and makes you a happy costumer.

Exhaust cover? do you mean exhaust coupler? any way the answer is no, just the pipe in the package. If I'm not mistaken I seen this pipe between $30 to $60.00 dollars no matter witch price you get it is still less than Bu-Ku probable with the same performance or more, Bu-Ku charges you the extra parts that comes with the pipe like springs, cones and tool just to achieve the performance they claim to haves. Vortice is self adjust pipe, is so ease to tune and gain power that it makes me whant to get anotherone for my T-Maxx.

For example Bu-Ku needs spring and cones with color codes to adjust the speed or the torque you want from your R/C car oh! and a tool that comes with the Bu-Ku pipe. but Vortice-BR is self adjust in all RPM range it will give you torque and speed by just installing the pipe and by doing minor adjustment on your carb for max performance, no need for tools, spring or taking the pipe all apart for your tuning needs. Vortice does it all by just installing it with minor adjustments.

These people wore the first ones to built such a pipe with a piston in it, now Vortice is just a different technology for us basher looking for the best performance out there.

Well just make sure with your local track or check with the rules on ROAR I'm guessing not but who knows.

I ordered another one for my T-Maxx I mean for $35.00 bucks you cant go wrong thats about a gallon of RC fuel cost.

Good thing I bought two of them :-), this pipe is pretty good, I can't compare it to others like the buku or vortex since I've neard experienced them, but compared to the stock pipes you do notice a difference in the nid to high end range, even though they are not roar legal, I still love the sound it makes when you full throttle it ;-)....

Guess for now ebay is your only choice.........

If anyone is planing to buy a Racing Pipe and wants real performance out of it, Vortice-BR is the way. I mean for the price you can not go wrong.

I love the sound, the performance and the looks of the pipe plus you get the option of messing around with rooting the exhaust (double or single)
