decal setup?

Can someone tell what i need to get set up. I`m thinking on making decals and selling them but i don`t know how to get setup so i was hopeing someone can help me.Thanks andrew

Testors make a program to make your own decals. You can buy the startup kit at walmart for $6 its called "Custom Decal System", pretty cool if you pay them $10 you can get the full version so you can input your own designs and pics.
