Engine Question
 

Sometimes when I start my 0s 12 cvr on my gt it starts backwards even tho I am starting it the correct way?? It is usually only when the engine is being started say for the first time in the day, once it gets going its fine, say maybe on the 3rd attempt is will start up properly. when it does this backward starting thing, when I give it throttle it just dies, sometimes the wheels spin backwards like reverse for a short period then dies. I am just wondering what could cause this?

Help much appreciated, cheers guys

sounds like you need to oil or get a new one way bearing, it is catching the starter shaft on the return.

that happend to me. it started backwards but i didnt notice the wheels spinning backwards. so i put it on the ground. give like half throttle the truck goes backwards i was like ****. then i started it again worked fine
