Megatech Engine thoughts
 

I have been curious with their new K12 series... wondering if they are any good. People I know that have used megatech's engines have ended up on the podium many a time... you guys think that maybe this engine could stand a chance? I have a HPI NitroStar SS .15 on my Kyosho Ultima Type-R which cooks other .15s, and I want to join the .12s because they have more power and are quicker these days. "There is no replacement for displacement" isn't in effect for me anymore. The big races REQUIRE a .12 around here, and I want a GREAT one for under $175. Megatech has had Good engines, but i wanna know if it is good for its price, being a "performance" engine. I almost forgot, I need the SHORT SHAFT, so whatever is good, i mean AWESOME in the $175 price range
