Recommendations for a Nitro Rush

What would you reccomend me upgrading on my Nitro Rush?

So far Ive got a racing clutch, Fiberglass brake disk, graphite upperdeck, graphite shock towers, and Pro-line Dirt hawg tires.

I'm possibly thinking about getting a new Engine but now sure what kind yet. Also what kind of tuned pipe would you reccomend?

I'm not very impressed with the steering on the Rush either. What can I do about that? I was reading up about getting new servos can anyone explain a little.

Any recommendations would be thankful. Also post links to parts if you can.

Nick

I have a Team Orion wasp .12 with a dynomite pipe in mine & it rips. I also have a HPI ball dif, The stock dif is kind of weak but the ball dif might be hard to find. I also just put a F4i Modelsport Racing titanium chassis on it & it can use the steering bell cranks from a associated rc10 st. I don't have them yet but I am getting them this weekend. For a servo go with something with at least 80oz in torque & metal gears. Here are a few pics of mine.

One of the things I have done that helps the steering is put foam in the front tires, and relocated the reciever battery to the front, right in front of the gas tank to be exact. I actually mounted it in a little velcro sling I made for it that attaches to the reciever hatch. It makes the truck balance just about dead center, which improves steering a bit, and best of all, it's nearly free.

I have yet to pick up a hi-torque servo, but I'm planning on it. I'm waiting on some Traxxis big bore shocks for the front and rear that the LHS has on order. My other addiction takes all my money, (Sportbikes) so I don't spend much on my little truck. I did the stainless pin kit which takes almost all the slop out of the front suspension so that's a worth while mod, and I got some little Dubro Turnbuckles and made my own turnbuckles for the upper suspension links so I can adjust the camber now. I'd say that changing the center of gravity of the truck is worth looking into as a cheap way to improve the steering.
