engine problems
 

I have an OS cz engine in an rc10gt and after I run it to warm up the engine, mabye 2 minutes, it stalls. Does that mean that I have to lean it or richin it. I think it would be to richen it but i'm not sure. And if so, which way is it to turn?

One problem it could be is the piston/cylinder fit has expired, the engine has enough compression to start cold but as it warms up, the cylinder expands much more than the piston and the compression drops off too much, now it has almost nothing to keep the process of charging the next mixture and compressing the mixture to keep it going. Eratic idle settings are a dead give away to a worn out piston/cylinder.
OR
You could have to enrichen it a bit to see if your too lean at idle, make sure the idle stop screw is adjusted properly.
OR
You could have an air leak that is effecting you idle after warm up, sometimes an O-ring is tight when the engine is cold, but when the case warms up the fit expands and the O-ring no longer seals tight, common on flattened 0-rings.
My Mach 15 had the same issue, it turned out to be the O-rings were shot and ity was leaking at the pull start shaft, it relied on the seals on the internal one-way bearing to keep it sealed. I modified the rear cover plate to accept an aditional O-ring to eliminate the chance of it happening again.

You might want to try resetting the carb to the factory settings and retuning the engine to see if that works.

I found out that my exaust manifold was loose and I ajusted the idile mixture screw about 40 degrees, and on my transmitter, I turned the servo knob so it will run a little faster at idile. It seems that everything it working now, thanks

...And now when you brake, the idle dies.... Use the idle set screw to set the idle so that it will remain regardless of servo positioning.

dude, if it is your o.s that has died and you get a rebuild or new motor make sure your running it over 200 df and under 250 df. And when running it in make it get to about 170-200 degreesf as quikly as you can. This should increase the life of it.

Recently i had my car checked out by a couple a shop that i go down to alot and they said my engine needed to be rebuilt the guy said that my car runs fine for about 5-10 seconds in idle then it just dies.... when i got my car back it started easily died a couple of times then when i actually got it warmed up and i gave it half throttle the car dies....
