Melted diff gear
 

I had my truck running great. Pulled in fueld up,and went to go back out. All I heared was the diff screaming. I finaly got the gear box out and tore it down. When I pulled the two shafts off the diff gear, it just fell apart. One of the balls is actually stuck in the melted plastic. I dont understand why this happend. I had the diff set how the instruction said to. when holding the spur and right tire, the left was somewhat difficult to turn.

Anyways Im getting an aluminum gear tomorrow, and dont want to screw that one up too. Anyone have better advice to setting the diff then the Losi instructions?
