Just thinking about it I'd say whatever plug runs well normally would be ok in colder weather. I'd think the most important thing would be getting the engine to (and keeping it at) operating temperature. Of course you'll have to adjust your mixtures. IIRC colder air is more dense -has more oxygen- so the engine would tend to run lean. I've also read that it's best just not to run once the air temp is getting near freezing or below.

You can run it when its cold out i live in canada its like -23 and i was out all day hitting jumps and everything is fine even all the crappy plastic parts i have but u will have to re-tune your motor a bit to get it to run well again but dont let ur servos and reciver do this drown....[sm=drowning.gif]

how cold is your definition of cold? up to 32 degrees and I wouldn't do anything different. from 0 to 32 (all farenheight...), also not much change, although starting is a little tougher. below 0, either give up driving, or run higher nitro fuel, makes starting quite a bit easier.

also, plastic stuff isn't too much of a problem, it will break easier at colder temps. one thing to watch out for is that screws will ALWAYS become loose at cold temps. metal shrinks, and you might end up with 6 screws loose at once.
