which are better and will the fit my rc10gt
RPM Heavy Duty Rod Ends Blue
RPM Long Shank Rod Ends Blue

are they both just as strong as eachother.

just measure em and find out for your self
that what i did with my mufler
i had to move alot of things out of the way though

I put the RPM heavy duty on mine, so I know they fit. Don't know anything about the long shank ones.
