I have the same exact problem...In my thrust balls i only have 2 out of 6 in there i have others to put in but didn't have time...Also when i hold my slipper with my left wheel held and spin the right i hear a grinding noise kind of is that because I'm missing 4 thrust balls?

RE: DIFF HELP

the truck dosnt move the the tranie spins and that iv rebuilt it 3 times i understand how the diff works the slipper gear i cranked it up to test the diff

1st the truck reves high but it hardily goes anywhere
2nd loss of top speed
3rd hold the slipper and disengaged the brake and try to tirn both tires make sure the slipper/sper gear dosnt MOVE turn both tires at the same time thats it slipping if its hard to move the tires but they move good if you cant move at all loosen 1/4 of a turn if they spin freely you will burn the diff in a hart beet

this only goes for the evader i don't know what others do

RE: DIFF HELP

The nylon nut that holds the diff together may be worn out. Replace it, threadlock it, or both.
