First pic is where i work on my RC10GT...as you can see its a mess. Under it I have parts for it in the grey, under my shoes are parts for my MGT, and those mags are all RC mags. Up over my computer I have 3 remotes for my 3 nitros, behind that tool box is a pile of wheels for the RC10GT and 4tec.
:D Saddly thats half of it...the rest are scattered around in my room and i dont feel like takin pics. [:-] |

Here is a couple pics of my bench, which not only is where I fix my cars, but where I do most of my relaxing and deep thinking as well, not to mention a place to just get away for a couple minutes from the chaos of my three year old living upstairs:) .

Thats a sweet workspace Cen. Since my basement is finished, the closet lab is the closest I could get to a workshop with no garage. I really like your set up though. Is that garage or basement? Im sure as the years progress I will end up absorbing parts of the basement into the hobby. I already have a seperate table with 4 cars lined up on it. lol I GOTTA EXPAND!!! why do we feel like we always want another new one???

This is my lab area at work, I seem to be locked out of my account that has pictures of my home workshop....

I forgot about that post, it was a while ago. The shop has grown considerably as has the amount of vehicles that currently reside there. I've added quite a few more buggy's, crawlers and touring cars to the mix so the shelf on the right is now full of vehicles as well and I have more shelf space which isn't shown. . I've also added space to help with some of my other projects as well. My son has a multi copter business which requires heavy use of Carbon Fiber production work,So there is room for that as well. Its a wonder that my wife puts up with me and the toys as she calls it. I also have a track which is probably too big to run MiniZ's on. Its always fun trying to do laundry while not walking on the track. As for your question, its in my basement. The whole setup takes up a small portion of the basement while the track takes up probably half.. LOL The funniest part of all this is one of the guys I run cars with has his work area and basement that is probably 4 times the size of mine and the whole area is for cars, display and repairs..

I run occasionally nitro or gas but for the most part we run electric. Not always because of the noise, but more for the ease of use. We race or at the very least hang out every Saturday night and most sunday mornings running something. Whether it be touring cars at night, crawlers or trucks, whatever it is we find a way to have fun. On rainy days its indoor miniz's or drifters in the basement. This group of friends has been together for the last couple of years and we just finished a dirt track 50 x50 with jumps and a rather large crawler track at another members house. This is the sunday morning hangout. We even have our wives, girlfriends and kids involved. The group varies in age from the 8 years old all the way to the mid 60's. New members are always welcome and encouraged, but we have one longstanding policy. We play hard especially with these cars. If one breaks... Oh well... there is no complaining allowed. We have so many spare parts and vehicles, nobody will be without a ride to run... Its a lot of fun.

I wish I could get away with building an RC at work LOL As soon as I get my tax return I am going to buy another kit and everything I want for it like a wraith? maybe. I am not sure yet. I have compiled wish lists on several sites with several different vehicles. You can make tons of wish lists under different names

Can't do one at work where I am. I'm in the car business and I don't think the owner would appreciate it too much. I have a decent setup at home so I'm good. I really tend to ignore my neighbors when I run anyway, although they don't ask to drive anything. If nothing else, they tend to get in the way when I am running but thats about all. I've learned a long time ago not to let others drive my cars and I don't really discuss what they cost. I got tired of hearing about why I spent what I spent and about their toy grade cars. If they balk at the price the first time, you are not likely going to convince them that your vehicle is any better than the junk at Walmart or Toys R US.
