You better have some kind of a source of cash if you want to get into nitro. You'll need to spend some more $$$ right off the top for fuel. And when you brake parts, and YOU WILL!!! it will cost more to fix than a name brand truck(even those cost enough!)!! None of these nitros are your zero maintainance remote control car from wal-mart.

parts from this might fit(look the same) http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXFBW2&P=0 but then you would have to get parts off the internet
Yeah they look the same and they have the same specs.
Thats because Acme and Smartech (owned by the same people) use specs off other brands. A guy at my lhs runs Smartech and has every part figured out.. if he breaks something he has a little chart that says "HPI xxx" or "Traxxas xxx" that tells him what part, from what brand and car will work. Took awhile to figure it all out, but it works. Some of those offbrands are shipping with Trinity engines now, worth checking out. But like everyone else said, its going to be a pain in the BUTT finding replacement parts made by that company.. unless you plan on ordering.. and even then its hard.

If it was really a kyosho it would say so in the auction. Kyosho is a pretty good brand in my opinion.

Never mind, I looked more closely at the auction. It isnt a kyosho, if you look at the start-up set that comes with the car it say Acme in the top-left corner. It is an off-brand. It might be worth it if a local hobby shop has parts for it.
