yes, the 2.5 is a .15 enigine. the "2.5" stands for the measurements.

I believe, and I may be wrong, it is 2.5 cubic centimeters or .15 cubic inches. I think they just use the 2.5 for marketing reasons, its not the standard measurement used but it makes it sound bigger.

.15 cubic inches = 2.5 cubic centimeters, so the displacement is just being stated in metric rather than standard units I think your thinking about the difference between the traxxas pro .15 and the traxxas trx 2.5 or 2.5r. They are different in design not in displacement. |

Yes yes, you are very right they are much different engines, I was just saying that they are both 2.5 cm^3 and .15in^3 displacement.

im not a newb but my freind is and hes like no its a .25 then i laughed for like 30min then showed him my brother .25 side by side with my .15 and hes like man their a .25 im not lieing. then i just stoped argueing.
