Would It Be Possible?...

I really want another truck, and I figured since I already have my Mammoth ST (my main truck), I'd mind as well get another 2WD ST. I'm thinkin about getting an STS .28 for my ST so I'll have an extra engine left over. I was planning to put my 24.7 into a 2WD ST as a nice project to work on. (a big block conversion in an ST) Which 2WD st would require the least mods to do this, and also not have worries of breaking a lot of parts because a big block engine is installed? I was just gonna buy a roller or sumthin off ebay, cuz I have a radio and an engine, I was thinking either the X-Cell (but I've heard issues about the diffs with the 24.7 in it), XXX-NT, RC10GT... If you have any other suggestions, lemme know, maybe I'm just over my head, but that's why I created this thread. Thanks in advance!

RE: Would It Be Possible?...

Ebay can be a good source for RC stuff but be careful. A lot of the cars and trucks being sold are basket cases. Especially Nitro stuff. I've bought 5 nitro stadium trucks off ebay and all but one had issues. I got good deals and I'm very mech inclined so I had no problem working the bugs out of them but they all came as surprises. They looked great in the ad and then you get them and they're all F*** up. I always say that you cant go wrong with a losi or associated nitro st.

I'm gonna use the ST to convert it into a big block truck. I need to know, which ST would be the most sufficient to do that, like requiring the least upgrades? I know this is possible on the X-Cell, but I wanna try it on a different truck, plz help me out guys!
