I'm considering selling a traxxas pro 15 engine and pipe that was given to me recentley. How much do you think I could get for it? $50? $75? $100? thanks.

Does it run? If so, 25-40. That exhaust is a stock Rustler or Sport setup.

yeah, it should run, haven't been able to get it running very well because it needs a new glow plug

A .21 in a stadium truck? A lot of modding buddy;) Try an OS .12TZ!!!
Big Blocks + ST's = a joke, unless it's a Jato!

But yeah, you wouldn't get much for a TRX .15. No desired nor that great.

Actually they will be putting a .21 in a schumacher rascal , it will be insane. I cannot wait to see it run.

They already have Schumachers with .21, but putting a .15 in a nitro sport or rustler is crazy, and that's obviously what they have. Schumachers are a totally different ball game.

I have seen 3 pro .15's go on ebay for around $50 to $60. So I owuldnt get your hope's up to much of getting a hole lot out of it. But I can tell you I have a .18cvr in my ST and it's insane. A lot of wheel spinning at the bottom end or big wheelies. I cant imagine a .21 in a ST.

Well from what i am hearing from Robert at www.schumacher-rc.com , its going to be an easyupgrade . The motor mounts should bolt right up from what he is telling us. Now how the truck will react with so much power, will be priceless!

RE: How much??

the problem with that is the rascal comes stock with a Small block, so no the 21 wont bolt right up, and if it did it is a small block

They have different mounts , Let me clarify a little more. The mounts from the menace.21 will bolt right onto the chassis of the rascal so the .21 will infact bolt right up !;)

RE: How much??

A .21 in a stadium truck is nothing but a waste of money, 90% of tracks wont let you run them. I suppose it would be cool just to zip around in parking lots and such. A good .12 is more than enough on a track, like the RB V12 or OS tz, plus the run time, a .12 will run longer on 1 tank vs the .21.
A 75 cc tank plus the .21 is about 5-6 min vs the .12 and a 75 cc tank is 7-8 min. Then the added wear and tear on diffs, cvds spurs ect will add up in a hurry.

RE: How much??

I know that my .18cvr doesnt really have all that long of run times, compared to some othere engine's. And the extra power has come to so beefing up of the drivetrain, not a whole lot but some where needed. And when you drive these on the pavement it's not all that good for them as there where designed for driving on dirt, or at least my xxx-nt is. If you want a .21 in a car get a 1/8th scale buggy or on road car. As said it would be cool for a littlw while but after about 2 sets of tires in a days worth of bashing because all you do is spin the tires. Well it would kinda get old
