Shock Oil

Hi my people i have some bad ass anod blue shock's and i need to fill them with oil and i was wondering what is the best weight oil to fill them with.

its a nitro rusty and im usin imex jato shocks on them there MUCH nicer than the stock unltras that come on the rusty stock and my terrain is mostly concrete and dirt
