RE: Nitro Rustler Gear Question

u run 40 twenty on a jato maybe but that would make a rustler have no top end running 20/40 but i have that w/ a 22t clutch bell and mine hauls ass like no other rustler when its above 50 degrees outside LOL but no it won't strip anything but you will have to re-adjust your engine.:D

RE: Nitro Rustler Gear Question

if you want acceleration get it....
I run 20/72 W/Masher2000s and its good for zipping around the yard at ½ throttle and good for getting some good speeds

RE: Nitro Rustler Gear Question

First off theres A complete tread on rustys on here you would get A lot more replies there from people who actually have the truck, second you cant get the best of both worlds,, meaning if you want higher top end you are gonna have to give A little on the bottom and vice versa, However if you change motors you can do both!!! Get my point? Good luck and read through the tread for rustys it will tell you all you need to know if not then ask and you'll have all the help you need.
