GT2 MT PROJECT
 

I have decided to convert my gt2 into a 2wd monster truck. So far i have managed to get 2 1/4 inches ground clearance with the stock shocks, and wheels. I have also ordered some new hpi 2.2 wheels and proline moabs which will give it another 1/2 inch, so it will be 1 1/4 inch higher than stock.
The only problem i have now is that the drive shafts drop out under load, so i need to order longer shafts. can anyone tell me how long the shafts are in there st, hopefully hpi, losi, traxxas ect use a longer shaft. the gt2 drive shafts measure 84mm (3.30in) from pin to pin, and 90mm (3.54in) over all. The new shafts only have to be a tiny bit longer. can anyone help me out?? if not i may have to drop it down a tad.
