Clean the inside good with mild soap and a green scratch pad, rinse two or three time. Dry body well (inside) then place the window masks on the window (again inside) alot of folks forget the window mask. Depending on your paint (if its a rattle can) place paint can in warm water for 3-4 min then shake well and paint light coats, about three coats, let dry, clear coat and then remove window mask after letting body sit for a day to dry.
If your usen and air brush, no need to place paint in warm water, just shoot.
Good luck.

If in doubt, just drag your fingernail over the body, if the body gets small wrinkles there is a protection film on it But it is often easy to spot as the body is pretty matte with the protection film on. And some bodys have a sticker to tell you not to remove the film before you are finished painting.
