PLease help i dont no how to paint this body

and I dont know how they make exact design on both side of body if you know please help thanks.

PLease help i dont no how to paint this body
go out.. buy some masking stickers the same as that, put it on and use an airbrush to outline the stuff.. wouldn't be too hard at all
