2nd attempt at first body. Round 2

Well as some of you may have seen I goofed my first attempt at a body with a thinner spill so i bought a new body and started over. finished most of the outlines tonight and tomorrow will do some color. There will not be a ton of color, just a few accents and then of course the background color. just like the last everything is all free hand painted. This time the thinner is being kept no place near the body lol. I will post more as i go later this week

Looks just as good as the first one you were workin on. Watch out for the paint thinner this time,Lol. Can't wait to see it when your done.

thanks. should be done this week sometimes. we are looking for a new home so thats taking up quite a bit of my play time. Since your local to me chances are you will see it in person at one of the tracks some day.

A steady hand, lots of free time, a liner brush and a jar of Lexan paint. thats it

Great job. can you tell me what paint ur using? id like ta try and get inta Painting RC bodys myself. Right now I airbrush model car body's and put them on a slot car frame lol. but this seems to be more of a chalenge lol.

thanks again. color is coming. we bought a new house and have been very busy with getting ready for the closing. i have finished all the shading and highlights and will be doing the background colors that weekend. I will be sure to have pictures up soon

it is nothing but a bottle of black, silver, blue and purple lexan paint. black as the main and then highlights of the others. the main background color will be a candy blue backed with sliver.

Do you by any chance do tat work? I love the artwork and color choice and congrats on the house,just closed on mine last year.

no i dont do tat work but i have a half sleave and a few others. I just like that style. but I plan to do other in completly different styles
