Default Custom building a body?????

Well after buying a Nissan 180sx hatch for china I was disappointed in it from quality and looks While searching for a new body I found thishttp://forums.forzamotorsport.net/blogs/turn_10s_forza_motorsport_blog/archive/2008/11/19/the-smallest-4age-engine-in-the-world-rc-drifting-and-it-s-detailed-community.aspx it got me inspired to build my own 240sx. Anyone know how to do it? Not doing the engine. Trying to stay away from the vacuum mold thing

Vacuum formed lexan is the most used method for RC car shells these days.

Vacuum forming is still your best way of making the body. It's going to take a little work to make a vacuum forming table, but it's not all that hard.

Yes, you could cut some cardboard and tape it together to form a car shape, or, you could shape some chicken mesh and cover it with papier-mâché....if you want easy.
If you want a decent looking body then it will require some effort.

Failing that u could get a yokomoto 180sx and a s13
Cut the fronts off and swap them around.

Off cut of lexan to reinforce the join and some shoe goo to glue it, just don't forget to paint it before gluing it
