Default Repairing car bodies

I saw this material called Epo-Grip Model Matrix www.epogrip.com and they used it to repair a ABS helicopter canopy. Is any reason why it won't work on car bodies?

Repairing car seems costly, aside from welding some of its parts, painting it should be added to list. Painting your vehicle should undergo some test before applying the final coat. It involves exposing tones of paint to years of brutal climate condition to see if it will last. What car bodies are we talking about? RC Lexan bodies? I don't know if it will give good adhesion to the inside of a painted body. That heli canopy is a ABS plastic which is more porous I would think. It wouldn't hurt to email them.

Shoe Goo does a pretty good job.

Shoo goo, and dry wall tape. Works great. I have a couple PVC bodies from hobbyking, almost indestructible.
