difference in black paint

anyone know how different the pactra outlaw black is compared to the pactra glossy black?? thanks.

Just a wild guess but I think that the Outlaw Black is a flatter paint than the glossy black.

Does the outlaw have silver metallic in it? I think thats it but im not sure and im too lazy to go check.
